Hidden Spaces
Hidden Spaces will be lurking in Melbourne Universities alleys, laneways, corners, cul de sacs and in the forgotten and rarely visited places, creating an equal parts surprising and discrete web of installations, artworks and objects that will lead students and visitors alike on a walking tour through the more unusual nooks of Melbourne University.
Hidden Spaces is a Campus wide installation, within which students display temporary artworks using found materials that will meld with the outside of the Universities architecture. ‘Mould’ will grow from pipes, bins will become ‘statues’ and walls will sprout new growths as the Universities buildings becomes both gallery and art work
